Gregory C. Chisholm, SJ '73, SM '75, PhD '89 earned all three of his degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. At the time of his keynote for 15th Annual MLK Celebration, he was also a candidate for the Jesuit priesthood.
He would hold a licentiate in sacred theology from Weston Jesuit School of Theology in Cambridge, MA. Rev. Chisholm served as pastor at St. Patrick Church in Oakland, CA and taught at the Jesuit-run Hekima College in Nairobi, Kenya. Rev. Chisholm served at the Archdiocese of New York by the Society of Jesus before becoming the 13th pastor at the Roman Catholic Church St. Charles Borromeo/Resurrection Chapel in his native Harlem.
