3rd Annual MLK Celebration Keynote

Muriel S. Snowden founded and co-directed Freedom House with her husband Otto P. Snowden. Under her leadership, the community improvement center in Roxbury, Massachusetts engendered programs addressing intractable problems—poverty, housing, unemployment, school segregation, and discrimination in hiring.
